Step1: Heat the Oil, place the dropper bottle into a warm water until it reaches a mild safe temperature for application. In doing so this will allow for deeper penetration through your hair cuticles and scalp. It is also more soothing and effective. Step 2: Part your hair apply few drops to each section of your hair evenly. Use circular motions to gently rub the oil into your scalp. Work your way across the entire scalp for 10-15 minutes. After you are done with the scalp, gently work your way to the ends of your hair. Refrain from combing your hair after oiling. Step 3: Wrap a warm towel around your head. This causes your pores to open up, allowing for deeper penetration of the oils into your scalp and hair follicles. Step 4: Rinse it off well, for optimal results keep oil on your hair overnight and wash using your daily shampoo and conditioner as you would normally, but try to avoid any product with sulfates. Not everyone has the same agenda and down time, in that case leave oil on hair for minimum 3 to 6 hours then wash accordingly.
